Effective January 1, 2024
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.
Fees include:
$50 for cancellation under 48 hours
$100 for cancellation under 24 hours OR no show
We require a card on file to make an appointment. This will NOT be charged unless you no show or cancel appointment under 48 hours. Arriving late to your appointment cuts into your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will incur the $100 fee and be asked to reschedule.
Note: If you cancel and fee isn’t paid you won’t be able to reschedule until your fee has been paid.
We don’t typically have issues with no show or late cancellations because we have the best patients, but have recently had some repeat offenders which has lead us to enforce our new policy.
