Whether it's your first time or you're returning for a follow up, select the service you need and follow the steps to schedule your appointment.
Please note: We do not accept insurance for office visits. You may, however, use your prescription insurance to pay for medication and health insurance for lab.
To schedule an appointment:
- You must be 18 or older for weight loss treatment
- You must be a Kansas resident
- You must cancel 24 hours in advance for a refund
- If you do not qualify for medication, you will receive a complete refund
